VE master on windows 2000?

VE master on windows 2000?
I am tryin to get vemaster to work on my laptop with no go. It works fine on my desktop that has XP. But it would be a pain to go drive the car then come home and convert the file then tune the car again etc lol.
everytime i open it i get a MSVCP60.dll could not be found...etc
