Is there a fix for low res cam and crank signal ?

it would be nice to turbocharge LS1 using SY/TY PCM.

You might try Thirdgen.org message board. There's some real smart cookies over there that are running 749 ecm's on blown TPI's. This probably won't solve the low res/high res issue but they are also fooling around with other ECM's like the Blown 3800 SSEI's. look for some posts by Saturn and you'll turn up some stuff by a bunch of good guys.
