tuning for wot

I just installed a wideband and the car runs @ 14.7 to 15.5 AFR, during part throttle driving, now when I hit wot it runs at 13.2 to 13.8 AFR. My question is do I increase MAF and the %change to fuel/air ratio Vs. RPM at WOT in tuner cat to richen it up.

What is the ideal AFR @ WOT for a NA car?

Re: tuning for wot

Depends on the specifics of your engine, but it's generally in the range of 12.8 - 13.2:1

Re: tuning for wot

Ran the car on the dyno and am a little upset, made 356.38 hp and 340.01 tq. The AFR was at 12.1, I then changed the tune to lean it out and lost hp down to 346.05 and 332.18 tq.

My tune is a tune I have been working on for some time, the guy at the dyno said that my 28 inch tall tires and a 3:42 gear was hurting me.

The car has a t56 and when they did the pull it was in 3rd gear. I ran a best of 12.80 @ 114 mph with a 2.3 60'.....I figured it would put down more power seeing how the trap was at 114 mph.

Re: tuning for wot

The guys that dyno tune my car said the 28x10.5-15W ET Drags were probably costing me 40 rwHP compared to street tires.
