Tuning quesions

Question: What would be the minimal computer hardware(fast, an FMU, stock tune) that i would need on this setup. Is a dyno tune required, preferred, i really do not know much about tuning on cars and what is reqired for different setups.

Just a brief overview of the first step in my project(just engine) to help aid in my question.
Not going to go into to much detail here, just basics.
1. Forged stroked 383 bottem end cranks, rods, dished pistons
2. small turbo cam
3. .040 gaskets to bring compression to 9.1ish or so w/ dished pistons.
4. Rebuilt stock heads
5. high volume fuel pump, 96 injectors for future fueling capabilities
6. ptk air-to-water kit not running over 11psi.

**FAR FUTURE** AFR heads, 8.1 compression, ported lt4, th400, 9in rear, etc.. all that $$good$$ trash

Re: Tuning quesions

Stock computer, no FMU but big injectors, and definitely a dyno tune by someone that really knows what they are doing.
