Tuning for open loop performance/mileage

Currently my car is getting bad gas mileage (I suspect an exhaust leak, but I'm too busy at the moment to fix it) so I'm going to keep the car running in open loop. Any help on how to tune the car to run well performance and mileage wise in open loop?

I'm sure I won't get great mileage/performance in open loop but shouldn't I get better then 9mpg? Will VEMaster help for mileage?

Any help is appreciated.

OPEN LOOP vs KPA vs COOLANT TEMP is the best table to tune for open loop fueling.

I get about 10 MPG in my car, but I also have 44LB injectors and make over 500 fly wheel HP
