Tuning For Heat/Humidity

Tuning For Heat/Humidity
Is this possible to actually tune your car to run well in the heat and humidity? I do know my IAT's are somewhere in the upper 90's to about 120 or so.. at cruising speed.. 
Anyone?? Mudge?
