TunerCat timing tables, which way to go...

Quick question on which way to take the TunerCat timing table at WOT. If I want to add timing to it, do I just straight out add to the table, or would I subtract from it. I would think add, but after adding some on the dyno today, my timing on Freescan actually showed less then the previous run. Would there be something that might have lowered the timing and made it look like I went the wrong way? Either run had no knock retard though. Thanks.

If you add to the timing table, you are adding timing.
The only thing I can think of that would take timing out is if the coolant temp was high enough that the Spark Correction vs. MAP vs. Coolant Temp table would be pulling a couple of degrees.
