tunercat, O2s, and nitrous

Is it possible, or even smart, to get the PCM to run in open loop all the time and disregard the O2 sensors...? I have heard of this being done, but haven't witnessed it firsthand. We want to run C16 for the spray and the O2s aren't going to live against that long. We run the car 95% at the track (trailered) so mileage isn't a concern and the thing will spend most of the rest of it's life running at WOT for less than 11 seconds a few times over other weekend.

I am fairly new to tunercat so I am not readily sure where or what to do for me to activate this mode.

Any insight, experience or constructive criticism is more than welcome.
