I'm just curious if you can tell tunercat or LT1 edit that you are changing fuel injectors cause I can get my hands on some 28 lb/hr fuel injectors for a good price.

Yes you sure can. Hopefully those 28s aren't LS1s though because you won't need to tell the PC anything if they are.

What do you mean? The LS1s have different injectors, 26.4# for 99 and 00 LS1s and 28.8 for 97, 98, 01, 02 and 03 injectors. The thing is, they run at 58 PSI and if you install them on an LT1 which runs at 43.5 PSI, they'll flow even a little less than stock 24#ers...
