TunerCat injector offsets for 93's

I'm getting ready to install a set of 42# injectors and I'm having trouble finding an injector contants table in TunerCat. I do see where to change the flow rate but I've been told that there should be a table for the constants as well. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm running the ECM_DA3 definition file.

The offsets are defined on the 94+ cars. The 93s only have the flow rate.

Thanks madwolf.

What you recommend the setting to be for 42#/hr SVOs (green tops).

I used the formula of 42x1.07 to get 44.94 but I feel that's a little high.

In another forum someone suggested I use 38.2#/hr

44.24 is the value you should use.

42 * sqrt (43.5/39.2) = ~44.24

How do you tune '93s with tuner cat?

What are you trying to tune?
Fueling is taken care of by the VE tables since there is no maf sensor. Timing is the same, heck...most of the other tables are the same as the EE and EEB files.

well shoot now I've got 3 different numbers that I've been given for the flow rate and they all have good reasoning for why they are that value.

Does anyone here run 42s in a 93? If so, what did you set the flow rate to?

I plan to put them in with the correct flow rate them use vemaster to tune in the tables.

Think about it this way. The SVO injectors were rated as 42 lb/hr at 39.2 PSI (Ford pressure)
Our cars run at 43.5....

The formula is:

New flow rate = Old Fuel Rate * Square root of (New pressure / Old Pressure)

Sounds correct to me. I will start with your value and go from there if needed. Thanks for the help.

So if I buy Tunercat, I can just hook it up with my ADAL cable and tune the (ie) timing? I thought I needed a chip burner?

OK, my bad. When you said tune I was thinking of actually modifying a bin file, not actually uploading a progream into the car.
