You sure thats the one you want? They went to 1.99 after a week of introducing 1.98, because it had some serious bugs.
I have the 1.73 for running dos if thats what you are going for.

Update to version 2.00 thats your best bet and safest espcially if you plan on tuning flash memory PCMs.
