Hi, just got the car up and running, went to us the cats program and a message popped up and said Evaluation License has Expired. It ask for the customer ID and serial #, well I typed them in and it says they are wrong??? I know I typed them in right I did about 10 times.

Any one have any idea?? Do I need a new serial # or something after a period of time??

 

Try emailing them. If you paid for it, then you will be fine and they'll get you fixed up. If you didn't pay for it, uninstall and re-install.

 

if u didnt buy it.. u can't j/ uninstall and reinstall you would have to format your harddrive

 

Uh, no. I do it all of the time.

 

If you had a valid registration number at the get-go , it wouldn't say your Evaluation License had expired. If you have registered then email TC and he will gladly give you your numbers.
