Tune after longtubes and !egr/air

Well I finally got my longtubes done, and deleted EGR and AIR in the process. I've got tunercat and was wondering what sorts of things I should change along with that? I know the EGR tables can be turned off, but what about longtubes, are there any "automatic" things that need to be changed any time you install them, or should I just data log and tune from there?

They may raise your torque/HP peaks enough that reorienting the timing at WOT may help, but otherwise the MAF sensor will take care of the airflow changes.
