TTS Datamaster. How does it work?

I downloaded the 20 free TTS Datamaster program. I tried to run a datalog but could not get the data on my laptop afterwards to show up. What do you do so i can read it on my laptop? My Freescan works great but this ones has me stumped.

You have to go to File>Record ALDL Data.
When the Serial Data Acquisition window opens click Setup and select the appropriate Com Port.
Then select File>Open... and input a file name.
Run engine, then press the Start button.
Press Stop when you are done.

They describe it pretty step by step in the help file. Just hit the F1 kwy with the program open. Then Recording ALDL Data.

I went throught the steps like you said and it was recording and it looked like everthing was working correctly. Afterwards i could not find the file to see the results, so where should they be?

By default the log is stored in the TTS>Datamaster>Testdata program directory or you can choose to store it anywhere (just like any other file you would save on your computer).
