Trying to track down idle problem when warm(Kind of Long)

I have been hunting for a idle problem when warm for over a month now. It idles really low and almost dies. I posted in the LT1 section and received several ideas https://www.camaroz28.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=560847. I checked out all of them and I still have no clue. This is a scan of my car as it sits. http://www.mediafire.com/?4jfxt41jmth It was suggested that I scan it with the O2s unplugged since it seems to be a closed loop problem. That lead to this scan. http://www.mediafire.com/?4w7eg2efdrf This is with the O2s unplugged. It runs fine until warm. Does this still mean it is a closed loop problem? Have I overlooked anything? There are no codes stored and no SES light. It is a mail order tune by Ion and it was running fine from February until September. The opti, coil, wires and plugs are all new. New IAC, TPS and intake gasket. The O2s were replaced when the engine was installed in February. I am at a loss. I am open to any suggestion.

With the O2s unplugged it does not go into closed loop, so it's not a closed loop problem.

Wild guess - bad temperature sensor?

At what point in that scan does it start misbehaving?

Because, just from looking at the engine speed, it appears to be idling fine...

After about 10 minutes of driving. The idle will bounce from 500 to 1000. The spark goes crazy also. It idles solid until this point. I don't know why the scan didn't pic that up. In the first scan it does show the idle problem. It shows it as dipping down to 550-650 a couple times. I am worried that it is just going to stall one time and not start back. CTS is also new.
