I once read that when switching from stock manifolds with cat to headers without cat you need to get a tune done, to get rid of the popping and backfireing. I have a big problem with this i have a tune done already but not for the headers and no cat. My car back fire to the point of flams coming out of the tail pipes.JUst wondering what u guy think???

You only need a tune for headers and cat to get rid of the SES light. I don't think you will have any other problems.

A tune will eliminate/reduce that over-run popping and backfiring. It's totally gone from my car after my tune.
