Tranny changes get good results.

I have a OBD 1 converted 97 T/A With mods down below. My best time at the track so far (with manual 1 to 2 shift and computer doing it from there on out) is a 11.70 @ 116.8 mph, I was unable to manually shift the car into 3rd from second so I was relying on the car to do it. The motor makes power all the way past 6700 rpm and when I was manually shifting I was hitting a rev limiter like effect having to let out of it and allowing it to shift then stabbing it again. With these ill effect I was still running 11.9s and 12.0s at 114-115 mph.

I have tuner cat so I decided to see if I could get all my powerband in at the track. My first attempts were by adjusting the Manual up/down shift points . By using a formula I found on the net I set 1 to 2 @ 40 mph, 2 to 3 at 75 mph, and put the 3 to 4 at 139 mph. The results were good but I was still hitting the rev limiter (or whatever it was) in the 2 to 3 shift. I finally was able to manually shift at will when I set the 1 to 2 to "0", the 2 to 3 at "0" and the 3 to 4 at 40 mph, along with setting the Normal mode Shift RPMs to 5408 in first,5536 in 2 to 3, and 5408 to 4th. this worked like a charm and I was very pleased.

I then wanted to add the pep to the normal driving experience when I just left it in drive and nailed it on the road.
I adjusted in scale the TPS from 92 to 100 in the Normal table to 40, 75,125 (1to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4 respectively) A bit of tweaking allowed the part throttle shift to happen at the right times. What puzzled me is that even after I tweaked all this stuff The WOT hammering it from a float seemed to not change. After some discussion and alot of reading I changed the kick down mode up/ down shiftpoints to match the normode I had added, wala the shifts followed and put a big grin on my face.
I then went on to tweak the TCC tables to complement I was conservative on them all but the TCC WOT Forced Lock Speed Threshold to lock the converter up at 85 mph in third gear, I experienced no lug and it pulled much harder.
I borrowed a freinds Pressure tables and modifyers tables that complemented what I had done (I can go into detail if asked).
Over all I'm pretty pleased with the changes.

Does anyone see anything that I have done that could be detrimental , or any post change advise?
