Just remember... the gauge and the PCM are using two different sensing locations. Maybe the sensor for the PCM is not accurate.
And you did wire only one gauge to the sensor in the head... not two?

Im running a stock throttle body. Also, i replaced the stock gauge sensor in the head with the autometer gauge. The way you wire it up is only one wire to the sending unit then a ground from the gauge and one power to ignition power. So yes only one wire to the actual sending unit. But that gauge shouldnt affect the fans coming on. So you think i should replace my coolant temp sensor in the waterpump? Thats not a problem but that means it would have to be off by 20 degrees. Is this a common problem?
