Timing

I replaced the opti spark in my 96 camaro z28. The car now idles high. It runs good, just fast idle.I could not find a vaccum leak, any other suggestions?

If you just did the install and had the battery disconnected it might take a good 20 minutes of idle to reset the computer. Mine always runs a little off right after i reconnect the battery.
