tuning help blinking ses

alright just tuned my 95 lt1 pcm used tunercat winflash all went well I read and then took the bin and editied and removed the egr and air flags. Saved the bin then used tunercat winflash and programed the pcm. But now the fans just come on and the ses light just rapidly blinks. What gives?? Is the pcm screwed now? There was no errors that popped up when programming.

thanks for any help

it will start and run for about a sec then shut off. But the ses light blinks fast and the fans run with the ignition on. I pull the pcm batt fuse and it all turns off. Or if I pull the fans fuse the fans turn off but that ses lights looks like it dim and blinking rapidly.

so you just turned off the diagnostics in the switch table? did you turn off crank air? (i don't know what that is) as air pump runs in open loop only. there is a flag for the air pump and two for the egr. to disable the system though you need to go into constants and change the values too something where it can't possibly run ie: enable egr coolant temp, say 150c. obviously it has a problem a blinking ses is to alert you to cat damage is in your future. misfires will trigger this and vacuum leaks at low throttle, idle can cause misfire. the egr being open would be a big one and could cause a starting problem if it is open. unplug it and see if this helps.

Try putting it back like it was and see if it works.
