throwing code, cheapest way to scan??

My car is throwing a code and I need to find out fast what it is. What is the cheapest way to scan my car for codes? I have a 94 Formula. That means I have OBD1, but it has an OBD 2 connector right?

Thanks

94 F-bodys have the OBD1 style connector. Autozone will usually do a free code-scan for you.

Autozone normally only scans OBD-II cars.

I've yet to see an Autozone that pulls codes from OBDI.
