I know there are people out there that do it, but I can't give you a site to go to. But, just to warn you, it will be very expensive, something along the line of like $300 to $600. OBD2 is a pain in the ***, there aren't a lot of people out there that do it. I know Tunercat is working on OBD2, and are suppose to have an LT1 OBD2 file done soon, but I don't know about the 3.8 Series II. Hope they get them done at the same time or close to it.
