Anyone know if this unit is good for a 2002 camaro z28 ? I recently changed gears from 273 to 342 and the first tuner could do anything for me

 

Can't find that specific model (they all seem to be 4-digit "4xxx"). However there is a Superchip Flashpaq hand-held for the LS1 F-Body. Here's an article that compares 10 different hand-helds for the LS1:
