STerm counts and LTerm counts

I am finally getting around to the car and getting it set up. I had a valve spring break and replaced it , no engine damage. I am now into Datamaster and Tunercats and noticed my Short and Long term counts. Why are the short terms correcting ( I believe they should) but the Longterm don't? In fact, the counts are less than 128. They are approx. 122 and 125.
Can this be in the programming or is this mechanical?

Not sure if this matters but, I have a remote kill switch for the battery, in the trunk, and an alternator feedback kill switch. I believe the relay from the kill switch is draining my battery after about 1 to 1 1/2 weeks of sitting so I am in the habit of just hitting the disconnect every time I get out of the car, essentially resetting the computer every time. Does this matter?

It is a mail order tune. I can hardly expect it to be close.

I have a pcmforless tune and it acts the same way, except under low-rpm, no throttle conditions - then the LTs creep up for some reason... I'm trying to figure this out too.

When you pull power to the PCM the LT BLM's reset to 128. After the O2's warm up and the PCM timer runs out (about 200 seconds) you should go to closed loop. At that time the ST BLM's update every few miliseconds. The PCM averages the ST's and then averges that setting into the LT's every 20 cycles or something like that. In open loop the LT BLM's control adjusting the AFR not the O2's. So everytime you start up after a PCM reset you are back to 128 control not what the old LT BLM's so it may run differently for a while. You are in closed loop if the ST's are updating, but you meed BLM ready to get the LT's moving. BLM ready is a status bit you scanner should display. Has anyone put a BLM locker (blocker) on your PCM.

I doubt it. These have always been mail order tunes.
