beats me I have same problem & so does everyone I know with any head work & decent cam so if someone could fix this without touching the tune to correct for the issue by adding subtracting fuel. What might work for some is put the IAC follower table up real high like 25 above like 10mph or higher, if that makes it worse try going lower.

Assuming it's in all cells and it's not an IAC passage problem when idling with aftermarket TBs, etc...

Then this is the perfect situation for the individual cylinder fuel trim tables.

Ideal would be to start with idle and tune each cylinder via an IR temp reader, then apply that to non-idle tables and further fine tune via plugs/BLMs.

Otherwise, just try a cylinder at a time on the offending side, check plugs, etc.
