speedo adjustment after intalling gears

do you guys know what is the cheapest way to recalibrate my speedo, i had 2.73's and i just installed 3.23's and my speedo reads wrong now, is there any way other than bying the hypertech programmer, and also is mine an obd1 or obd2,

thanks.

Tunercat or LT1 edit will do it. You will need a cable www.akmcables.com and then got to either www.tunercat.com or www.carputing.com for the software. Tunercat is cheaper and I like it better than LT1edit but others prefer LT1edit. Hypertech is a ripoff for no more than it can do. Tunercat and the cheap cable for your car will run you around $155.00. If you were close I'd do it for you. Your an OBD1 but you may have an OBD2 connector. That was a mid year switch in the 95s I believe. Just look at the connector and if it is rectangle it is OBD1 and if it's wider on top it's an obd2 style conector.
