Arrow Should I add fuel to my tuning and take 1* of timing back out?

Had the car tuned and he took 1* of timing out to get rid of some knock, and the car was running great at the time. Started
to have problems with the car and took it to the shop and they did the following........

replaced lifters
replaced rr's and pushrods
cleaned the intake and replaced all gaskets there
waterpump
new plugs and wires
bent valve "had to get a valve job done on it"
and it was all clean from there on out....

they dynoed the car and it was pulling 290rwhp and 291rwtq, in which doesnt sound right, a/f was at 13.1 but anyways.... after they did all of that to the car, in park or at idle the rpms will drop to like 500-600 and SES light comes on. Runs real strong in gear while under any throttle. Had the car scanned and it through 2 codes, 44 and 64.. right and left o2-s are running lean. Replaced the o2's with ac delco and it still didn't fix anything. Could my problem be..... that 1* of timing that he took out maybe needed to be added back in or do I need the tuner guy to add fuel to my car at idle so it wont drop like that? The guy at the shop that did all of the work said, the ground is good and everything looks good and no vacuum leak or anything. He thinks it needs to be richened up some, is this possible? What else could be the problem here? He thinks since the valve job, ther car is burning the fuel alot quicker and needs to have the fuel added. ANYONE that can help, please help me out here...... I have a copy of my log that i can send to anyone that wants to try to help me out here!!!!

Thanks
-Mike

You can send me bin files or datamaster logs if you want. I can find a couple minutes to check them out for you.

If you're just having a problem at idle then I'm a little confused. The ECM makes its' adjustments and as long as it is doing so you aren't running rich or lean at part throttle. It is always trying to hit 14.7:1. So I don't think it's anything in the programming.
Sounds like something else. Exhaust leaks? Vacuum leak somewhere? Sounds like you're getting extra air introduced into the exhaust and the O2 sensor is seeing that and thinking that you have a lean condition.

Send me a bin file and logs I can look though.
