short term and long term fuel trim

what's the difference?

i'm just starting with software to monitor data...

and i seem to be getting rich at idle and low rpm, but something like -9% lean at WOT (maybe i have the rich lean reversed...don't have it right in front of me) is that normal?

thanks fred that helps a bunch...

i'm sure i'll be asking more questions soon...this is definately a learning curve.

do you guys reccomend any books? i notice there are a few cited in the bottom of Fred's article. is the "how to tune & modify chevrolet fuel injection" a good book on what all the sensors should read?

particularly i need LS1 info
