Question SES is killing the joy

Ok, I'm sure somebody has seen me poking around in other threads, but I need to get my problems figured out...heres the question of the day...after finally getting the scanner to work with me I finally got the trouble codes...
and there wasnt any!
Heres what kills me...I still have a SERVICE ENGINE SOON light!
Can you have a SES light and have no trouble codes?

My 'Cudas have never dont this to me, so I'm really at a loss,

The only thing the AutoXray could tell me is that in the history there was a low coolant level code.

I reset it the way I found elsewhere (key on-remove PCM and IGN fuses-key off-reinstall is this the right way?) and after restarting it it came back on after a few seconds

dont let the 93 camaro in the sig line confuse you...this cars got a colorful history...EVERYTHING under the hood is 94/95, there is a great the thread here somewhere that discusses in detail differences between 93 and 94/95s very helpful...
