I own a 2001 Camaro Z28 and the SES light came on earlier today. Not waisting time I went to Autozone and had the codes read. P0481 Came up. I understand this is a cooling fan issue, but where should I start? What/where would be the best place to start testing to fix my problem? Any help is greatly appreciated!

The GM code list indicates "SECONDARY COOLING FAN RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT MALF". Check the relays for the fans. Swap them around, and see if the problem moves with the relay. If you move a bad relay from the secondary fan to the primary fan, the code would change to P0480.
