Running rich please help

Here is a email i sent out to rob

Hey i was just wondering i have a 95 camaroz28 mainly stock with lt headers i am having problems with my blms my long term blm's are at 109 at idle and s terms are at 129 at idle and my o2mv is at like 800 its running very rich at idle and the car is really bogged down i just put the 30lb injectors accel in my car lastnight and just set the constant table in tunercat to 29 and its still doing the same thing with the 109 blm's i just replaced my plugwires and sparkplugs and opti like 3 months ago the wires are routed on my valve covers none of them are burned off or anything here is a copy of my tunercat file when u get a chance to look at it i just got it from ion any help would be apprecated i am struggling with this. and also my fuel pressure is reading at 32-33 at idle with vacum connected and when i dissconnect its at 42 and never drops down evan when i drive with the vacum line off when i was testeing it what ever u can do man i paypal u some money over if u can help me figure this out
