Running Freescan

i just did an email tune from Ion and want to run feescan but really dont know how to run freescan...do i just hook all the cables up and run the car around town and unplug and check things???I am really clueless to how it works..

freescan

Plug in the cable to your laptop and connection under the dash. Power up the laptop and open freescan and select your car 94 camaro from the list on the control page.

Turn on the ignition select interact and click start.

Start the car, look at the engine data page you should see data there now, if not go back to control and click force data you should have figures on engine data page and the dash board should be working like a real dash.

Go to the trouble code page and look for fault codes


I havn't really done more than that

Thats pretty much what I did, hope this is of help

ya i ran her for 15 min today hooked up to freescan....

0 knock count at all rpm's
0 rich/lean both sides(02's)

every thing else looked good

i thought my car was running flawlessly...and now i know...
thanks...(ps i wasent hitting the interact button thats why i couldnt start it)
