RPM drop going into gear (a4)

I get an rpm drop when I put my car in gear and it almost stalls the motor. It last for only a second or two and it corrects itself to the value I set in Tunercat. My "in gear" value is set at 850 and it dips to 500 before it goes back up to 800. Any suggestions on how to correct for this bad "dip"?

Running Datamaster my IAC is in the 30-40 range at idle. My MAP at idle is 45-50Kpa but just off idle it drops down to low 30's then rises from there. I thought that was strange. Maybe its from cam overlap. I don't know.

Anyway, I increased the "in gear" idle rpm but I still get too much rpm drop putting it in gear. It doesn't seem to have much effect.
