right bank running lean

right bank running lean
under part throttle both banks are running fine, but as soon as i go to wot the right bank runs lean. i have a lil exhaust leak at the right collector, could this be causing it? also we measured the temp of the headers and the front primary was about 50* cooler than the other ones. open to all suggestions.
