reprograming

is there something i can buy to reprogram the computer and take out the anti-theft system..i'm swaping a v6 to a lt1.. it will turn over but no fire. i pulled it out of a wrecked z28 and the car ran perfect. i swapped the whole car, from bumper to bumper. i don't know what to try next...PLEASE help

There's at least 2 supporting vendors of this site that can do what you need to have done (removal of the VATS - Vehicle Anti-Theft System, I believe):
