Removing pcm batt power?

What all is cleared when you remove batt power from the pcm. I'm know the dtc's are cleared and I think the BLM's. What about other values in tunercat. Nothing programed with tunercat should change right?

No, Tunercats changes the flash memory, which is "hard wired" so to speak in the PCM. In fact, sometimes after an aborted read or connect, you MUST reset the PCM by removing battery power.
