Rear gear change with 93 computer, what is needed?

I have a 93z with 2:73 gears and want to switch to 3:73s. Since the 93 computer is not programable like the 94 up ones, what should be done so that the ECM and speedo work correctly? Do I need to have a new chip burned or with the car run ok without any changes?

I used a Dakota Digital SGI-5 when I put 4.10's in my car. You have to cut the wires going to the speed sensor in the tailshaft of the transmission and run them into the SGI-5. The nice thing is the speedo can then be corrected for different tires or gears very easily since the box stays in the car permanently. I got mine from Summit. Also, the customer service at Dakota Digital is excellent, they helped me get all the switches set in the right position quickly over the phone.
