Couple a newb questions here.....

I need to be able to scan and read live data to diagnose/repair a few problems on my car. What's the cheapest route here? Moates cable/tunerpro??

In a few months I'll be swapping heads/cam as well. What's the cheapest program that'll allow me to edit and reflash the pcm?

 

Tunercats and TTS Datamaster. Datamaster has a 20 use free trial as well. you'll also need an interface cable obviously.
