Quick fuel pump question please....

If you have an inline fuel pump, and your in tank pump dies, will the inline pump still pull from the tank even though your in tank pump is dead? Just curious. Thanks.

No, your in-tank pump has to be working. Also, what does this have to do with computer diagnostics/programming?

Ken go to this address:

Click on C4 Bosch Pump installation link.

Thats my tutorial for installing a large Bosch pump in the fuel tank of a C4 Corvette. It is the same pump that Accel sells that suposidly supports over 800Hp. Thats what I run in my blown LT4 396, no FMU but I did add a Kenne Bell Boosta Pump that is boost activated to give me 150% more flow when active.

It does this by supplying 20 volts to the pump to overdrive it by 150%. This maybe the answer that you need for adequate fuel and using one large fuel pump eliminating the problem of one pump failing.
