Question(s) and Problem(s)

Guys,
Been needing to get the car programmed with the new setup. A buddy of mine has all the stuff to program, and a few files already done that he uses for his car. He has a '95 F-body. Is there anything dramatically different that would keep me from being up to use one of his files? We programmed one of his files to the car yesturday and afterwards the car would start, run for about 2-3 seconds, then die and "SYS" would flash next to the speedometer. So we ended up just putting my stock bin back on there. This morning I tried again, read the PCM fine just to make sure all is good. Then I decided to just try to make a few changes to my stock bin, so I made a copy of it, changed the idle speed, and fan turn on temps just to see, then tried to program it back to the PCM. I'm using WinFlash and TunerCat for what it's worth. Ok, so it says erasing PCM memory, goes through that fine, then when it starts to try to program, it sits there for a min, then pops up and says "Incorrect Response from PCM". The car will start, and run. It's idling at about 1500, and the Service ASR light, and check engine light are on. Also, every few mins "SYS" will flash next to the speedo. So as it stands right now, I can't read or program without getting the Incorrect Response error. I've posted in the programming section over on CorvetteForums.com but it always seems I never get any answers over there to the really good questions.

Also if it matters for anything, here's my stock BIN...

Thanks in advance for any help or info.
