Re: problem with lt1 edit

have you checked the com settings in OBD2Prog to make sure it's attempting to connect on the proper port?

Have you tried disabling your Antivirus software to see if it's conflicting?

Are you using a true hardware serial port or a USB adapter or something?

Re: problem with lt1 edit

To my knowledge the LT1 edit cable will not work on a printer (LPT) port. Are you talking about a 9-pin to 25-pin serial adapter? Some old serial ports were 25-pins. I have had problems getting the 9-pin to 25-pin adapters working in the past with some mice, so maybe that's the problem.

If you REALLY have it connected to a parallel port (printer port), then I'd bet that's the problem.

Re: problem with lt1 edit

some USB adapters work, some don't. It's hard to say.

My cable doesn't blink when just connected to the computer. But it will blink when connected to the car even if it's not connected to the computer.
