Question PE mode and n2o

Been reading this forum and learning about how these engines are managed by the ECM and wondered:

The ECM is in PE mode at WOT and its not using the O2's right? How does the ECM correct AFR when using a dry shot? Seems like it would be unaware of the lean condition created by the n2o.

As long as the dry kit is installed correctly there is no lean condition at wot.
The additional fuel is added through the injectors by bumping up the fuel pressure.

I've never heard that before, so how does it do that and what if the n2o isn't armed?

I don't have any experience with a dry kit on an LT1, but I do on a mustang.
There is a line that you tee into the fuel pressure regulator that has something to do with bumping the fuel pressure. I can't remember exactly how it works anymore...been too long.
If the nitrous isn't on....it isn't on.

You might want to try a search in the nitrous forum and if you can't find the answers your looking for then ask the guys in there. I'm sure quite a few of them have dry kits.
