Negative pressure is a vacuum. Two additional things I saw were: on my datamaster you continually had data errors and LOW voltage. Also you have knock which I would wait until vacuum leaks are solved before worrying about. I would definately fix the voltage since LT1's like >14 volts in my limited experience.
