PE idle 95 car.

I'm trying to get a old trick to work on this 95 LT1 I have in the shop. It has a pretty choppy cam that keeps fooling the O2 . I've honestly in all my time never seen one quite this bad. It drives the BLM's to 160 almost instantly.

I'd rather not turn the O2's off because I have this car driving quite nicely and BLM's are very nice driving. This would leave the car to adjust as seasons change etc.

Anyway, I've set TPS enable to 0% on and near idle, adjusted PE to command stoich, and did a BLM locker patch. Still at an idle the BLM's seem free to move where ever they'd like.

What am I missing? I've done this several times on 93's (my bread and butter) and LS1's. The map enable is 15kpa but going back I'm thinking that is probally delta with ATM or even vaccum (been bit by bad descriptions more than once!) I'm giong to try setting it to 80kpa tomarrow and see if it works.
