Passed Smog!!
I finally passed smog.
With 383, cam, LT4 heads/intake, headers, 42# injectors, ATI Procharger and LC JE Pistons. It passed California's infamous SMOG II check!!!
How?
I finally gave up on all the gimmicks and simply loaded a pure stock LT1 file. The car essentially did not run. Then I had a light-bulb experience and modified the Fuel injector constant to 42#. Reloaded and Voila! It idled smooth, and the "tests" that were incomplete all started to complete!
I scooted it down to the inspector and it passed with excellent colors. (just don't open the hood).
As they always say...keep it simple, STUPID!
