ODB II cable?

ODB II cable?
Does anyone know if they make an ODB II tuning cable. I looked and the only thing I could find was from www.carputing .com and was like $450 dollars.
PLEASE HELP I am having issues with my heads and cam package and its been tuned. I need to see whats going on. Thanks in advance

LE1, CC306, Matched Intake, Holly 58mm, 30lb injectors, Pacesetter Long tubes, TTL exhaust, No Emissions, Mad Z28 Tune, 4:10’s, Level II Suspension, BFG KDW’s. best time (bolt-on only) 13.3 @ 105mph, 94 F

Cable or cable and software? $450 is for software and cable.
