Quick question I'm not finding much luck in researching. I have a 96 z28. I have lt1edit OBD2 version.

I'd like to know if I can use the cable that came with lt1 edit to download codes with some type of (hopefully free) scanning software?

If not, I guess I'll be ordering Autotap fairly shortly.

As of 9 months ago, there was nothing free for OBD2.
If anything has popped up since then, I haven't heard about it.
