Re: obd1 to usb
A little confused here. You say you're looking for an OBDI tool but you have a 95 camaro and it uses an OBDII connector even though the PCM is indeed OBDI.
Your link is to a tool for foreign brands. So are you looking for something to connect to the 95 which uses an OBDII connector or not?
If so this is what you might want.

Re: obd1 to usb
you have an obd1 computer, the under dash connector however is the 16pin obd2 style/shape. you need a very specific cable that is obd1 variety with an obd2/16pin connection. http://www.akmcables.com/ic.htm on this page you need the #2 or the y to work with your vehicle because it is a 95. prior to 95 the cars were obd1 with a rectangle shaped 12 pin connection. 96 and after are obd2 computers with an obd2 connection. however in 95 they kept the obd1 computer but went with a "newer" style obd2/16 pin connection under the dash.
you could get a 12 pin style obd1 connector and jumper the pins from the cable to the correct pins on the under dash connection. like is shown on shoebox's sight. http://shbox.com/1/xraycable.jpg
