anyone know of an OBD1 guide?

i'm looking for something like a blueprint on what it does, like a big detailed summary (oxymoron?), like what exactly open loop is, closed loop is, what it does with o2 sensor readings compaired to MAP readings, etc etc etc.

anyone got one?
