OBD1 conversion kit, where to get it??

where is the best place to purchace my OBD1 kit? I know of 2 places, Madz28.com and PCMforless.com but there is a $50 differance. is there a reason?

what all do i need to tell the place about my car? from where ever i do buy it?

I have dealt with Ion at Madz28.com and can say he was great to work with. Answered a lot of stupid questions and did fast & quality work.
